Docs: add LibreDB Studio to Ecosystem section - #399

Add docs/ecosystem/sql-clients/libredb-studio.md documenting how to connect LibreDB Studio, an open source web-based SQL IDE, to Apache Cloudberry over the PostgreSQL wire protocol. Lists it in the SQL Clients category and both docs/ and versioned_docs/version-2.x/ are updated, along with their sidebars.

apache/cloudberry-site#399 merged 2026-09-10 and is live on cloudberry.apache.org/docs/ecosystem/sql-clients/libredb-studio. Added it next to the other official docs in all five READMEs. While in there, fixed README_ur.md's badge block: it still pointed at the removed Apache Druid link and was missing MariaDB, the same drift already fixed in the other three translations by #780.

LibreDB Studio is an open source, web-based SQL IDE with a query editor, an object browser, and a monitoring dashboard. It connects to Apache Cloudberry over the PostgreSQL wire protocol, using the PostgreSQL driver, so no Cloudberry-specific connection type is needed.
The page documents the connection steps against Apache Cloudberry 2.1.0-incubating, following the same Prerequisites/Steps shape as the DBeaver and CloudDM pages.
Both
