- Makefile:
- updated to warn about virtually anything
- add detection of GCC/Clang
- anet.c:
- add static and attribute((unused))
- dump1090.c:

- don't use empty parameter lists in forward-declarations
- add some const
- #if-0 unused variable with invalid initializer
