docs: fix stale dist/ references to build/ in deployment documentation - #167

Vite is configured with outDir: 'build', but the deployment docs still referenced dist/ in multiple places. This updates all stale references to match the actual build output directory. Files updated: - DEPLOYMENT.md: 8 references (build output, deploys, hosting guides) - DEPLOYMENT_VERCEL.md: 1 reference (vercel.json example) - DEPLOYMENT_EXEDEV.md: 2 references (serve command and section)
