Fixes #1201
This PR adds Tidymess (https://github.com/tidymess-code/tidymess/tree/main) as a community code along with tests.
The interface has collision detection, and most Tidymess features are supported.
There are a couple of features missing, such as breakup detection (which will require a new AMUSE stopping condition), and bridge related functions, which are still a work in progress.
