execute strimzi on minikube, with kafka connect. using prometeus for metrics and grafana

prerequisite:
1) install minikube
2) install kubectl 

execution:
i. execute the script start-strimzi-prometeus.sh (there is some QA to do, but if u follow the steps it shoyuld work)
ii. login to grafana localhost:3000 (admin/admin)
iii. add prometeus as source (http://prometheus-operated:9090)

iv. import dashboards from grafana-dashboards directory
