Takes an event from the URL, passes it on to graphite and then displays a graph of the event.

Currently, this is just a proof of concept for logging events to graphite via sinatra.

Usage:

http://example.com/deploy/new <-- creates a new deploy event
http://example.com/deploy <-- shows deploy events for the past 20 minutes against another stat for the past hour (in this proof of concept, that's a metricsReceived from a carbon agent)
