Took me two passes to get this right — first attempt missed the mark.

What I checked before submitting:

Approved. The round-2 fix correctly resolves the broken Bloomberg link by removing the hyperlink entirely and converting it to plain prose. This is the right pragmatic call:

• Round 1's Wayback Machine replacement was rejected because it redirected to Bloomberg's CAPTCHA/bot-challenge page — still broken for end users.
• The plain-text fallback (Bloomberg declared 2024 the year of AI Agents.) retains the journalistic attribution and reads naturally without directing users to a dead URL.
• The change is minimal (one line), surgical, and introduces no new broken URLs or regressions.

Minor note for the human: The bug report mentions the broken URL appears on multiple blog pages. If this Bloomberg URL exists in other files beyond website/docs/_blogs/2024-07-25-AgentOps/index.mdx, those instances will need separate attention. A repo-wide search for bloomberg.com/news/newsletters/2024-02-15 is recommended to confirm scope.
