The shared design system released 0.111.0-0.112.0 (accent selection states, neutral dialog surface, flush menus, item swatches, tooltip icon slot). The vendored root NOTICE regenerates from the published package, and the bun.lock release markers are re-applied after the lockfile install. Supersedes the stale renovate draft #2520.
