When merged this pull request will:

  • Add simulation of heart rate and blood pressure based on equations from ACE3, but without oxygen demand and SpO2.
  • Add advanced simulation of medication based with
    • Pharmacokinetics (drug concentration vs time) based on two consecutive first order reactions (activation and deactivation of drug)
    • Pharmacodynamics (drug effect vs time) with option for linear relations, hill equation and competitive inhibition for antagonists.
  • Adds new medications:
    • Ammonium carbonate (heals resilience)
    • Naloxone (antagonist to morphine)
    • Phenylephrine (slows down bleeding)
    • Metoprolol (replacement for adenosine from ACE3)
  • TBD
