Adds ABP 10.5.0 to latest-versions.json, which is used by abp update to determine the latest stable version available for updates.
Changes:
- Added a new top-most entry for 10.5.0 marked as
stable. - Set the associated LeptonX version to 5.5.0 (consistent with existing 10.x ↔ 5.x mapping in the file).

abp updateresolves the latest stable version from this file, so it needs a 10.5.0 entry for the CLI to update projects to 10.5.
