Problem and scope
The Russian Android build reported a collapsed chat layout when opening the keyboard during localization. This PR adds Russian Android UI text and preserves that build's chat layout fix. It does not claim that an unmodified upstream build has the same chat bug.
This replaces
#96and#99with an Android-only implementation. No iOS/Swift/native iPhone implementation is changed. Shared Compose resources and the persisted language setting are used by Android's existing UI.Changes
