Design system v3 and new homepage (step A, preview) - #100

Palette, type and components from the pitch deck: warm dark default, cream light theme, one terracotta accent, leaf green only for growth and live status, Fraunces / Instrument Sans / IBM Plex Mono via next/font. No neon, no glow. Homepage rebuilt (components/v3): hero with the live flagship card, three promises, coins-to-token animation, How it works (invest / create), Live now cards, Garden, Security block, Creators / Holders, vision. No devnet, demo or hackathon wording on the home page. Also: navbar and footer restyled (four links, Security and Status in the footer), onboarding modal replaced by a one-line dismissible hint on /portfolios, composition bar and sparkline in the new palette, light-theme overrides remapped to the cream palette. Program, SDK and product flows untouched. Old landing kept in components/LandingPage.tsx.
