The -ONNX repo has no preprocessor_config.json, so AutoProcessor.from_pretrained 404s (it fetches that file with fatal=true). Construct Lfm2VlImageProcessor + tokenizer + Lfm2VlProcessor directly from processor_config.json and chat_template.jinja instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
