Fix the dead Welcome buttons. Upload now opens a real file picker and ingests the file (image/PDF) into the review screen; demo chips open fully-populated invoices that exercise review/validation/export offline with no model download. …eal upload extraction Replace the hand-rolled, unvalidated ORT loop (wrong cache/shapes for this hybrid conv+attention model) with Transformers.js 4.x, which ships the real Lfm2VlProcessor + Lfm2VlForConditionalGeneration. Upload now ingests the page, loads the model (progress surfaced), runs schema-constrained extraction, and lands in the review screen with populated, validated fields. Demos remain instant/offline.
