[Feat] [행운액션] 행운 액션 화면 및 완료 흐름 구현 (#95)

변경 내용

• 당일/과거 행운 액션 조회, 날짜 이동, 액션 체크·점수 반영을 구현했습니다.
• 행운 액션 탭 진입과 Fortune 상세 리포트 push 진입을 분리했습니다.
• 완료 오버레이를 App 전역 host로 조립해 본문·탭바·safe area가 단일 딤/애니메이션으로 전환되도록 했습니다.
• 완료 말풍선·캐릭터·클로버·날짜 화살표 리소스를 반영하고 Example 완료 시나리오도 구성했습니다.
• 실패한 과거 일자 조회에서도 날짜 이동·재시도가 가능하도록 보완하고, 완료 안내 큐의 자동 종료 취소·재시작을 테스트로 고정했습니다.

고민한 내용

• 완료 상태·타이머·큐는 LuckyActionFeature가 소유하고, App은 전역 z-index와 딤만 소유하도록 분리했습니다.
• 이 구조로 탭바 딤과 본문 딤이 서로 다른 뷰 트리에서 전환되며 발생하던 시차를 제거했습니다.

참고 사항

• 06시 기준 액션 일자는 현재 KST 기기 시간으로 계산하며, 자동 갱신 타이머는 두지 않았습니다.
• 토닥이 채팅 고정 답변 타이핑 연동은 서버/Feature 준비 후 별도 작업입니다.
