[Feat] [운세] 운세 홈 요약 화면 구현 (#65)

변경 내용

• Fortune 홈 화면과 loading·loaded·failed 상태를 TCA로 구현했습니다.
• 총운 점수 원본값으로 Mood Level을 판정하고 표시 점수는 반올림합니다.
• Mood Level 4단계 캐릭터 에셋과 Level 03 fallback을 추가했습니다.
• 갤럭시 배경, 흰 시트, 작은 화면과 스크롤 바운스 레이아웃을 보정했습니다.
• 화면 전용 이미지 리소스를 FortuneFeature 번들로 분리했습니다.
• 공통 pressed interaction과 Feature UI 개발 규칙을 정리했습니다.

고민한 내용

• 화면 너비는 특정 기기 값으로 고정하지 않고 부모 컨테이너와 가로 inset으로 결정했습니다.
• 시각 섹션은 독립 상태나 effect가 없으므로 별도 Reducer가 아닌 Feature 내부 View로 구성했습니다.
• Mood Level 판정에는 반올림 전 점수를 사용하고 표시값만 반올림하도록 분리했습니다.
• 갤럭시 이미지는 scroll content 높이까지 확대하지 않고 원본 비율과 단색 fallback 배경을 유지합니다.

• 사용자 직접 렌더링 검증 완료. 요청에 따라 PR 첨부는 생략합니다.

• FortuneFeature Swift Testing 12개 테스트·25개 실행 통과
• FortuneFeatureExample 빌드
• 전체 SwiftLint 통과
• ./scripts/sync-and-validate.sh 통과
• 사용자가 작은 화면과 메인 앱에서 직접 렌더링 검증
