The review-access ledger still described the replacement Mac and Companion builds as awaiting beta review. Recover the two documentation changes from #177: record the historical October 7 approval of Modex Mac 0.0.8 and Companion 0.1.0 (5), while keeping production App Review and physical TestFlight acceptance explicit. Approval times remain attributed to Apple notifications; build states are supported by the existing October 11 App Store Connect receipt.
The original #177 branch and artifacts remain preserved. This recovery makes no Apple submission or publication change.
Validation: full build and workspace typechecks passed; 1,376 unit tests passed, 15 skipped. The only later source change was the independently reviewed iPhone test predicate correction delivered separately in #189; fresh Swift parsing passed. The application, desktop and site E2E inputs match the passing 274 desktop and 7 site run. The branch is reconciled with actual protected main from #189 without any source changes; current-head CI passed both macOS jobs (274 desktop and 7 site tests each) and both iPhone suites (28 UI tests each). The PR iPhone job passed one unchanged-head retry after an observed native keyboard/focus delay; the failed log and xcresult archive were preserved. This does not establish the underlying cause as fixed.
