docs: declare the sibling worktree directory for agent sessions - #63

Agent worktree skills look for a worktree-directory preference in CLAUDE.md before falling back to a global path. Without one, six jev-harness worktrees landed under ~/.config/superpowers/worktrees, outside every sandboxed session's reach, and could be listed but never retired.
