Scope

• Prepare Batch 7 publication for all 426 public subjects and the complete eight-asset Showcase (112 individual forecasts).
• Read exact activated F2 publication IDs and bind ledger links to the public catalog date.
• Append content-bound entity snapshots instead of changing older immutable versions.
• Support existing UUID request IDs for OpenAI and Anthropic receipt links.
• Refresh governed public asset URLs and reference the numbered post-release operating workflow.

Verification

• 147 local tests passed.
• Staging CI passed deterministic tests, TypeScript, production build and dependency audit.
• Publication preserves Batch 6 receipts, identifiers and chain evidence. No new blockchain transactions are issued by this release.

Owner approved Batch 7 publication and forecast/proof-link repairs for staging and production in the current task.
