Update fabric loader dependency version to >=0.19.2, from >=0.17.2.
fabric.mod.json now has the proper dependency version, so the game crashes nice and softly instead of erroring later because of mixin extras version
somewhat tested, did not rebuild the mod but changed the dependency in fabric.mod.json in winrar
crash mentioned in #1049
