Adds a scheduled variant of the CrowdStrike Falcon Intelligence “Get Submission Report” action, enabling polling via exit_condition/scheduled configuration, and introduces automated tests validating success/error behaviors and YAML structure.

Added new Scheduled action YAML: Get Submission Report Scheduled (polling config + exit condition + output mapping).
