Summary

Release BOLT12 Pay v0.3.7:0.

• Updates the bundled BOLT12 Pay source to upstream tag v0.3.7.
• Replaces the embedded LNDK runtime with the tested multiarch build containing native LND 0.21 onion-message support, amountless-offer handling, descriptive invoice memos, and repeated invoice-request deduplication.
• Extends the BOLT12 invoice-response timeout to 60 seconds and the application wrapper timeout to 75 seconds.
• Adds updated release notes in all existing supported languages.
• Preserves the existing StartOS service configuration, dependencies, volumes, and primary URL behavior.

• TypeScript check passed.
• StartOS SDK lint passed.
• Prettier check passed.
• git diff --check passed.
• Successfully built 0.3.7:0 packages for:
  • x86_64
  • aarch64
• Sideload and manual functionality testing completed successfully.
