MorphoDepot: pin Slicer 5.10 stable to the 5.10 branch#2362

Point the Slicer 5.10 catalog entry at SlicerMorphoDepot's new frozen `5.10` branch (branched from current `main`) instead of tracking `main`, so Slicer 5.10 stable keeps a fixed version once `main` advances. Also updates scm_url to the canonical SlicerMorph/SlicerMorphoDepot repo (was the pre-transfer MorphoCloud URL, which only worked via redirect).
