The MorphoDepot extension repository was transferred from MorphoCloud/SlicerMorphoDepot to SlicerMorph/SlicerMorphoDepot. Point scm_url at the new address (the old URL still redirects).

The old URL still redirects, so this is a correctness/clarity update.cc the SlicerMorph maintainers.
