Regenerated from SiennaSchemas main. The SystemDocument container gains voltage_control_associations, optional and defaulting to empty like trading_hub_associations. The cross-language fixtures carry the renamed regulated-bus fields, the generator voltage setpoints, the transformer load-drop compensation and the LCC references, and DEGOV1 is recognized as a governor model distinct from DEGOV rather than a generated alias.

The cross-language checker now reads a nullable enum (a union of an enum and null) as validated, the shape regulated_bus_side and the association terminal generate. The Python dynamics models pick up the numeric governor defaults.
