TransformerCircuit has an attribute that is the greek alpha. I would be in-favor of renaming this and other occurrences to either spelled-out versions like alpha or more descriptive names like shift, mainly because it's frustrating to type.
The latter is a bigger change and would suggest further changing all one-letter attributes to more descriptive names (e.g. r -> resistance, x -> reactance), but maybe our users are comfortable with the short-hand versions because they're standard enough.
