<p></p><p>Use <strong>ServiceNow Mobile App Builder</strong> to create a simple citizen facing app for reporting hazards with photos and GPS location. <strong>Flow Designer</strong> will automatically create cases, assign them to local maintenance teams, and update the reporter via <strong>Virtual Agent</strong>. <strong>Performance Analytics</strong> can track response times and common issue areas.</p>
