VillageReach is a ServiceNow-based system that helps NGOs and health agencies keep vaccines safe during transport and storage.
It uses IoT sensors to monitor temperature, alerts teams when cold boxes fail, and automatically sends technicians through Field Service Management. Customer Service Management handles clinic re-supply requests, while dashboards show stock levels, repairs, and cold-chain performance.
By automating these processes, VillageReach reduces vaccine spoilage, improves delivery speed, and helps communities get reliable access to essential medicines.
