## What I reviewed

I reviewed `CONTRIBUTING.md` lines 72-80 in RustChain PR #6663, specifically the new AI-assisted contribution policy link and its placement in contributor guidance.

## Why I liked it

The change makes AI contribution expectations discoverable before setup steps and links the policy to issue #6655, giving reviewers an audit trail for why the policy belongs in `CONTRIBUTING.md` instead of remaining implicit in issue comments.
