## What I reviewed

I reviewed `node/slasher.py`, `node/tests/test_slasher.py`, and `docs/slasher-core-demo.md` in RustChain PR #6667.

## Why I liked it

The slasher helper keeps normalization and evidence generation side-effect-free, covers double proposals, double votes, and surround votes with focused tests, and emits deterministic report summaries while preserving a clean persistence/network boundary.
