Summary

This PR adds the architectural foundation for client authentication in the WebSocket feed manager.

Changes

  1. New Method: Added to the class.
  2. Security Readiness: Prepares the feed for future implementation of token-based or JWT-based access control, allowing for tiered data feeds (e.g., public vs. premium/private).
  3. API Consistency: Standardizes the signature for client validation across the node's various streaming services.
