Summary

This PR improves the robustness of the Silicon Ticket consumption logic in the Elya Service.

Changes

  1. Precise Expiry Check: Updated to use explicit integer comparisons for timestamps. This ensures consistent behavior across different platforms and prevents potential logic errors due to floating-point representation of time.
  2. Data Integrity: Ensures that tickets are correctly validated and consumed before being removed from memory.
