Summary

This PR standardizes the error response format in the method of the Elya Service.

Changes

  1. Error Codes: Replaced generic strings with machine-readable codes (e.g., ).
  2. Contextual Data: Added the number to error responses to help downstream consumers (like the Block Explorer) provide better feedback to users.
  3. Consistency: Aligns the reward distribution logic with the error patterns used in other RustChain modules.
