In contrast to all our other methods which focus on changing the shape of a MF, this simply samples individual BH natal kick velocities from the same underlying physics that we already use, and could be useful for different tasks outside of the `evolve_mf` umbrella
Not sure how else to test this except to look at the properties of the overall sampled distribution

Adds a simple function to
kickswhich, rather than computing the overall impact of kicks on the retention of BHs in a system, allows you to sample individual BH kicks, from the same underlying prescriptions.
