I have a background that spans architecture, software development, and years of client-facing technical experience. That dual background of architecture and development gives me a unique perspective on client conversations, connecting business intent with technical reality to shape what's required into what actually gets built.

I communicate complex technical detail clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, and I enjoy the cross-organisational side of the work - balancing trade-offs and competing priorities across teams. My current focus is on workplace transformation, including AI enablement and implementation into live systems, with a strong emphasis on safe, ethical, and efficient use of AI. I'm also a STEM Ambassador, mentoring and helping others develop is something I actively invest in.

Outside my day job I work on freelance web development and graphic design, and build things for myself - software, self-hosted infrastructure, and my own LLM setups - sharing what I learn as I go.
