Rewrite Section.jsx and Section.module.scss functionality

A bit hard to read but works and is usable as is for either one or two children passed to the Section.jsx component. I imagine Section.module.scss can be refactored into one class rather than having three separate classes for each amount of children passed to Section.jsx.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I could (and probably should) make a separate component as there will be different use cases depending on if there are one or two children passed to the main Section.jsx component. Although the approach I implemented could work, I'd rather make another component and make the use cases for it more apparent for other team members rather than bloating the main Section.jsx component and Section.module.scss stylesheet.
