This PR introduces the remaining FeliCa system codes I've been able to verify so far while researching FeliCa card capabilities.
There are a couple more known system codes, some of which can be found on GitHub or by looking through decompiled iOS/Android apps, but I'd refrain from adding anything that cannot be confirmed firsthand.
Those additions are automatically resolved by
hf felica infoorhf felica rqsyscodewhen an updated file is loaded:Shout out to ICPedia, which was a useful resource for finding names and information on operating companies and localities for the systems added to the list.
FYI: “Marker System” is the term I use for systems that are present on cards but are unused and empty. This often happens on cards whose main service files are stored in the Common Area, but which still need a unique primary system code provisioned on the blank card based on the issuer identifier (supposed to be originally assigned by Sony). They seem to be using
12FC, the NDEF system on modern cards for this purpose, as seen with newer WAON cards.
