The CNI plugins RBAC file contains OpenShift-specific SecurityContextConstraints permissions that don't exist in vanilla Kubernetes, causing deployment failures. This adds removal of cni-plugins-rbac.yaml to match the existing pattern for device-plugin and kmm-module-loader RBAC files.
