1nuo-rate is a tool designed for bloggers who want to rate content and manage reviews without hassle. It works with many static blog platforms like Hexo, Hugo, and Jekyll. Instead of using a server, it updates data through GitHub's API. This means you don’t need to run or pay for any backend service.
The ratings and reviews show up in clear, visual charts powered by ECharts. You can edit your data using a simple interface that saves as JSON files on GitHub. This lets you keep your blog content and reviews tidy and easy to update.
Before downloading, make sure your computer meets these needs:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (64-bit preferred)
- Memory: At least 4 GB RAM
- Storage: Minimum 100 MB free disk space
- Internet Connection: Required for GitHub API calls and updates
- Additional: A GitHub account is needed to connect your data
Follow these steps to get 1nuo-rate running on your Windows computer.

This is where you find all the latest versions of the software.
On the releases page, look for the most recent version. You will see files listed under that version. Find the Windows installer or executable file, which usually ends with .exe.
Click the file name to start downloading.
Once the download completes:
- Locate the file in your Downloads folder
- Double-click the
.exefile to launch the installer - When prompted, confirm any permission requests by Windows
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the program
You can choose the default settings during installation if unsure.
After installation completes, find 1nuo-rate in your Start menu or on your desktop.
Open the application. The first time, it will ask you to connect to your GitHub account. This step allows 1nuo-rate to fetch and update your JSON data on GitHub automatically.
In the app, you will see an option to link a GitHub repository. This repository should hold your blog’s review data in JSON format.
Enter your repository details, or create a new one if you do not have it yet.
This setup lets 1nuo-rate read and write your blog’s review scores.
Here are the main features you will use to manage and view your blog ratings:

- Weighted Scores: Customize how different factors affect your overall rating.

1nuo-rate uses the GitHub API to keep your review data up to date. When you make changes, it updates the JSON file in your chosen repository. The frontend displays these changes instantly via charts.
