To be deployed simultaneously with all the branches in this stack

This PR moves Apple delegated delivery to standard feeds:

  • Convert existing Apple subscription feeds to standard feeds.
  • Add an Apple show selector to public feeds to create ShowFeedBindings. Users cannot remove a ShowFeedBinding that delegated delivery uses.
  • Permit only one ShowFeedBinding for each Apple show. Permit only one delegated delivery configuration for each feed and each ShowFeedBinding.
  • Show a separate delivery status for each applicable feed on an episode.
  • Keep access tokens for private Apple delivery feeds. Permit draft delivery only from private feeds with publishing enabled.
