A station is using their automation system to record part of the newscast, then hosting that at a URL.
The URL stays the same, but the MP3 behind it changes throughout the day.
Can we have the stream-recorder (Oxbow) just detect that the URL it was trying to record was static ... and copy it, without retrying it 60 times per hour?
