Publish the already reviewed Dev and Prod PCR approvals at the legacy raw URLs used by installed OpenSecret clients. The files are exact copies from Maple commit
1a9df324d7689444528f9a915977273009c10d6a, approved in Maple PR #1117.This patch changes only
pcrDev.json,pcrProd.json,pcrDevHistory.json, andpcrProdHistory.json. Dev history grows from 159 to 160 entries and Prod from 156 to 157. Every prior entry remains unchanged; the existing signatures and public key are preserved.Validation: the existing Maple compatibility helper checked fresh legacy baseline
8aa12474f595eb3b11c35f46e6890a3fc4a88f05, all public signatures, history prefixes and exact committed source bytes before applying the copy. An independent post-copy check andgit diff --checkpassed. Both signing workflows had already completed behind their GitHub environment approvals.pcrDev.json7de18fa7d17834783a1c1c7fcd3127103c77fa72c1f7e030b9b7015497aacc22pcrProd.jsonae97b6ae5d931e6cd39b1fb750e6c714201b13b60afad75cc88101fdf0dfa1d0pcrDevHistory.jsonfd35111c16da2151e6c7bb8a597fa1ca78098810389894ce4caab1017c4e7675pcrProdHistory.jsonbfc98f0d49dcc77f1e00f66da0d18cb31ccddfe1bc5e7d04c86e60c8aa7a985cBefore merge, recheck that legacy master has not changed.
