Mirrors the four reviewed, signed PCR files from MaplePrivacyLabs/Maple commit cd4218f5b0b72b0437743d56e743d12a7079623c (PCR approval PR #1071). No signatures are generated here and no EIF is deployed.
Baseline: legacy master 73b7100. The official pcr_compatibility.py prepare preview and --apply validated existing signatures and unchanged legacy history prefixes. Diff is exactly four files: current dev/prod PCR snapshots plus one appended signed entry per history (158 dev entries, 156 prod entries).

Validation: official compatibility check passed on copied files; 27 compatibility tests passed; git diff --check passed; all four canonical Maple master and immutable-commit raw URLs returned direct HTTP 200 and matched the reviewed commit byte-for-byte. After merge, verify the four legacy raw URLs (master and immutable commit) likewise return direct HTTP 200 with exact bytes before dev EIF deployment.
