I updated the raw crime report csv's from the SLMPD website up to the newest reports (October 2018).
I also created a new file "scraping_stl_crimedata.py"
This file is just the code from the IPython Notebook with all the enriched text stuff removed. I'm not very familiar with IPython/Jupyter and felt more comfortable just running the scraping file from command line.
