Adds Korean as the default target flow and introduces Galmuri-based Korean font subset generation for GBA font patching.\n\nSummary:\n- Add Korean language configuration and Korean Pokemon-style prompt support\n- Generate Korean charmap and 11x11/9x9 GBA font binaries from Galmuri BDF files\n- Prepare Korean font patch copies during Korean ROM builds\n- Add CLI support for --korean-font-zip and prepare-ko-font\n\nValidation:\n- python -m py_compile for changed Python modules\n- Generated Korean font assets from Galmuri-v2.40.3.zip\n- Applied generated Korean font patch to the provided FireRed BPRE ROM with armips
