The App for control device
Melting is WPF App for control device aka TEC device ref, by the COM port or USB. It's use CommunotyToolkit(MVVM), HandyControl for pretty design ui, LiveCharts for graph. Device use "Low-Fi" MIL-STF-1553 protocol, it can only read and write max 16 byte per message. The App is the initiator of communication.
