- Added support for multiple choice questions - We can choose many2one field values in multiple choice single - We can use many2many field values in multiple choice multiple - We can use whatever field in multiple choices - Now we can use the comment field as a container for any question info that doesn't fit into other fields. TT40985

We can use the new survey setting *Create parent contact* so when we have a question linked to the `company_name` field we can create a parent to the generated contact. TT47577

Functional review on runboat LGT. Demo survery creates contact with field values from survey set and parent company is created correctly with link to contact.
