Migration of fieldservice_timeline to Odoo 19.0 following OCA maintainer-tools guidelines.

Source branch was 17.0 (module was not present on 18.0).

Changes applied

  • Bumped version to 19.0.1.0.0
  • Framework changes for 18.0/19.0 (tree → list in view_mode, uninstall_hook(env))
  • Icon, GML credits, readme, headers, tests, i18n
  • Local pre-commit, tests, and coverage > 99% (100%) passed before push
  • Extended unit tests for uninstall hook coverage

Dependencies

All manifest dependencies are already on 19.0.
