This PR documents
cargo desktop installandcargo desktop uninstalland removes the shell installers, their tests, theMakefile, and the oldswitchyard-menubarcrate, which the desktop app replaces.Uninstall keeps settings, history, and saved server keys. On Windows, install and uninstall run from the source checkout because Windows locks running executables. After this PR, the tree matches #977 except for the
Form::choicesclippy fix.
