This is the repository for the open-source code described in Mannam, Varun, Yide Zhang, Xiaotong Yuan, Cara Ravasio, and Scott Howard. "Machine learning for faster and smarter fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy." Journal of Physics: Photonics (2020).
